didnt know if this was right spot but my mobo doesnt have a onboard video and im replacing my graphics card how would i got about dont this

Just uninstall the drivers for your current Video card you will still get a picture on the monitor. Shut down and put in the new card. boot up and install drivers
 
You can download the install for the drivers but can't install them because it won't see the hardware to install.
 
Yes. Normally I don't even worry about uninstalling the old drivers until I know the new card works ok. But sometimes not uninstalling the old drives causes issues when the new card is in.
 
Yes, you'll still have a picture, you just won't have the screen resolution without the drivers installed.
