Hi so i bought a new graphics card and i need a quick answer: Do i have to uninstall old drivers, before putting in my new graphics card.
Old card is geforce 8500gt
New one is geforce gt240

It's always best to uninstall the driver software first before switching out the cards. Then go to nvidia's website to download the latest drivers, don't use the ones on the cd as usually those are way outdated.

This would be it? or maybe there are older drivers that are better for games?

Yes, those would be the newest drivers, use them.

So, ir replaced my card and works fine for now. i want to know which program to use to see my GPU temps? Sparkle GeForce GT240
