Drivers!?!?! ....

hi guys i have a gigabyte 81945g pro and the rest is on my signature thing when i try to instal vista it says i have to instal drivers to make the hdd work thats never happened b4?!?! with other mobos

Think about it, you wouldn't be able to even boot into vista unless you had the drivers installed.

To solve it:

1. Ignore it
2. Follow it's steps to look for the so called "drivers"

can you see the hdd in the bios? im not sure about this but the hdd is a sata1 and the mobo supports sata11 i know they are backwards compatable but maybe there is a setting in the bios to run the hdd at sata1 speeds.
