I recently reformatted a toshiba satalitte laptop with windows xp. now during startup i get a popup that says drl_kbfiltr is missing. What is the exact problem and what can i do about it? Thank you.
throw in the XP disc, and do a "repair of Windows XP", it should replace the corrupt file or add the missing file...if that doesn't work, just completely do a clean install again, and if that doesn't work, try a different XP disc...
