Yeah kof2000 is right. http://www.newegg.com/ has EVERYTHING you need for computers and at unmatchable price. My entire computer is built off that site. They show sales and stuff at computer stores too, so you can see when sales are.

normally sale are before x-mas not after from what i've seen

The day after x-mas loads of stores usually have huge sales to get rid of stuff...I'm not sure if there's a certain percent that they strictly abide by, but it's usually pretty significant.

Sorry to have to bump this up, but I had another question.
How long do the prices stay down? Do they drop and stay down? Or drop for a month or two then go back up? Or go down slowly?

Usually for a few weeks, but its at the stores discretion so they can do it for 2 days or 2 months
