We all know that DSL is not for everybody especially for me because DSL sucks in my area! Anyways, I was searching around and found out that Verizon FiOS was in my area and that I could order it but I wasn't too sure. So, I did some more research and found out that when they do the installation they replace everything with fiber optic cables outside of the house but inside is still copper (except for the TV). So I wondered if I can pay technicians to do that only and ask Verizon (I have Verizon DSL) if they can send me the phone/internet data through FiOS and the rest will work normally inside. This will make my DSL more reliable and the speeds will be what I pay for instead of 1/4 of it. This should be possible since your phone will run on copper inside with or without FiOS. Please leave some ideas and thoughts about this, I think it's a great idea
