DSL Router

Hi guys, so I have a ATT modem/router for my internet. But we frequently get signal drops or a.k.a time outs. I assume this is a router issue because it happens for everyone in our apartment. So i'm thinking of getting a new router. Will this one work? I have a DSL connection via phone line.
