I have a dillema here, should I go with 2 x 7900GT or just get one 7900GTX ? I'm building a computer by myself for the first time so I'm not that technical yet. But which one would b better since it comes out to the same price ?

single 7900gtx, because that way, in the future you can actually upgrade...

+ single best card might be better at this time of the year...
cuz i saw the performance where the best sli's are not working as good as they should be...

What are you doing with your computer? Why do you need 2 HOT video cards?

I just put a 7800GS in my AGP 8x slot, and I'm absolutely AMAZED at the performance. Can't imagine needing 2 of those.

Just curious.

Well my comp will b gaming mostly
But I need a good card as I'm going with 23'' Widescreen HP L2335 or 23'' Widescreen Sony SDM-P234. And with resolutions 1900X1200 i need soething good.

Definitly one 7900GTX, that will play any game max settings for a decent amount of time. Then when that starts to get out dated, you can either buy another 7900GTX or the newest card that is available at the time.

get one 7900gtx right now and down the road get another one for sli.

yes no question, you may find that you dont need to upgrade sooner because one of those is awesome anyway
