Dual 8800 GT Vs. One 8800 GTX

Which one would come out on top?
I'm thinking the GTX would, but I wanna get some other opinions.

GTS G92 from ECS is much better. Smokes it, and is better, and CHEAPER.

Two 8800GT would be better but I don't really like SLI... Get a 3870X2.

SLI on big cards certainly is not worth the bang for the buck. I think you only get like 30% additional performance even though you have doubled the number of cards, as well as the money that you spent.

Where did you see that? The 8800GTX is better then the G92 8800GT, although it's not worth it for the price.

that GT is OC a bit but u can but a GT with a higher clock again

Actually SLI is getting better (more efficient) and people are getting more than a 30% increase, although it's still not "great" and not worth it in most peoples eyes.

Don't forget that you also need a big PSU for the power hog'in! Which againg gives SLI a negative point IMO...
