Dual channel RAM speed

Hi I have two sticks of kingston DDR PC3200 RAM running in dual channel mode, but they show up as running at DDR266 speed not DDR400:confused: Any ideas? and the motherboard supports Dual channel DDR400.

the MOBO is a shuttle AB60R

I think it's one of two things. The first is if your CPU is a celeron, the BIOS may limit the speed to 266 so it yeilds a 1:1 ratio. The other is the RAM is set to run 266 in the BIOS.
