my friend has a stick of old geil golden dragon 512mb ddr 184pin...
anyways he just went to buy a new stick to run dual channel and they discontinued that product. hes wondering if he can get a different module with the same timings and speed, or maybe a similar one that would run dual channel, would this be feasible?
i, on the other hand, already have some dual channel corsair XMS as my signature shows. ;)
 
You can get any same sized module. Conveniently ram runs at the same speed and timings as the rest when you install it
