thats relative and conditional and cannot play a part in the guys decision

A 3.0Ghz CPU will still run at 3.0Ghz whether it is at 10*c or 60*c

And will everyone please listen to the man, he is asking WHICH ONE WILL HAVE HIGHER PERFORMANCE GAINS, stop telling him all the resons for not going dual processor..... etc....
