Hey I've been looking att the Dual core CPU which seems REALLY nice hehe. Any how I see a 3Ghz Pentium D which I'm confused about so I just wanna see how it works.
Since the CPU has TWO CPU in ONE core do each run at 1.5Ghz when multitasking and under intesne gaming OR something it'll coinside channeling 1.5Ghz to create 3Ghz?
-Or-
Depending on how much resource is needed the lesser program take it small portion of one core like 1Ghz leaving it 500Mhz so the other core has 1.5Ghz + 500Mhz = 2Ghz for the greater Program?
SOrry to ask stupid question >_< I'm just currious how it works even though I don;t think many of our application are compatible yet since the market is starting to jump on it =P
Even with Dual core 3Ghz will you notice any diffrence from a Single core 3Ghz?
