Dual Core really that bad?

well, describe the problem. does it freeze? does it.. turn off, fans and all?
what?
does the mobo speaker beep?
could just be a defective part, more commonly ram or power supply... or motherboard.
 
black screen, monitor searches for signal

A buzzing sometimes comes from the speakers and the computer sometimes restarts by itself.

Either way though I am forced to restart the computer
