ok so i just built a computer and it works great. I have to monitars and one works fine but when i use the other it gets all fuzy and there is more than one of things. is there a way to fix this or is the monitar just to old. thanks

Sounds like the monitors just old... Sometimes if your image placement isn't right(you know how you can move it around on the screen using some controls on the monitor) it can cause similar problems...but fuzzyness typically just means it's too old and/or the res is too high

if it is a crt, might just need the focus adjusted on the flyback,,,or wherever it may be. You have to take the cover off AND that will expose you to VERY LETHAL VOLTAGES....In the range of 2KV OR MORE. You may want to have someone professionaly evaluate the crt for you and possible adjust it.
...and then again , crt's are cheap as LCDs are also, might be cheaper to get a new one

i am guessing it must be a crt monitor,, right?

well, are you using a lcd monitor with crt?
not that it would make any difference though, just asking...

ok well yes it is a crt and was just the monitor. i am now borrowing a second monitor from a friend it works great. by the way i do not have a lcd monitor.

1. We have a monitor section for this :) *moved*
2. makes and models? as well as resolutions and refresh?
