Can you set each monitor at a seperate resolution?

I want to buy a 24" which has a native 1920x1200. My other monitor is a 1680x1050.

Can I set them both at their native resolutions?

Yes. You can set both monitors to separate resolutions. I have mine set to 1280x768 and 1024 x 768 and they both work just fine.

Absolutely, as long as they are in multi-display mode.

If you set them in span mode (which is used to make windows believe that your two monitor are one big one, so that you can run full screen programs on both screens. This can be done with each dual-head video card you have.) or clone mode they'll have to be the same resolution.

You think the 8800GTS (G92) is strong to run WoW in the monitors native resolution at full power?

I am a little nervous the the system/video card won't be strong to put both monitors in their native resolutions and play some video games (Only one a time... sometimes. haha).

Of course it's strong enough. WOW is not even close to what I would call a demanding game. Running two monitors doesn't use much power at all.

Ive done the same thing on my machine (see sig) using a 1600 by 1200 display and a 1680 by 1050 with wow, it only really slowed down when I started running 2 instances of WOW at the same time. Just remember to boot into windowed mode.
