Dual Monitor help please!

Ok I have a DLP TV that allows me to plug my computer into my TV to use it as a second monitor. So here is the deal. I set it up. Got it to show up. However I want to have a game I am playing to show up on the 2 monitor (TV). It seems the only thing that shows up on the TV monitor is the cursor when I drag it past the monitor area of my actual computer monitor. I can drag icons over there and such but I cannot seem to get the game (Need for Speed Most Wanted) to show up on the TV monitor.

Any one know what I can try?

BTW the TV monitor only shows my desktop wallpaper not the actual start menu and such. Also, there is a box to click in Settings that says "make this the primary monitor" but it's greyed out to where I cannot select it.

Not many games support multi-screen as an option. Infact I've never heard of a game that allows you to use more than 1 monitor/screen. I haven't got any games to show up on my TV either, not that I would need two screens for a game. I use my TV to see the messages people send me over chat programs while I'm playing. Otherwise I would have to press Alt+Tab all the time.

Counter Strike: Source can be spread across 2 monitors, or duplicated on 2 monitors. Buts its hard to play since the crosshair is in between the 2 monitors.
