Dual monitor help!

Hey guys,
just wanted to ask a question, im stuck! The question is:
I have an ATI Radeon HD 4350 with one dvi and one hdmi port. At the moment, i have one monitor running off the dvi port(with a dvi to vga adaptor). All i wanted to know is, if i get another monitor and a hdmi cable, will i be able to extend my desktop between the 2 monitors? So this means that both ports on the video card will be used. I have windows 7 professional if that means anything.

Yes you can. If you do this however, I would recommend using the HDMI monitor as your primary display as it has better quality than standard VGA.
