Hello, so as the title states i'm looking into dual monitors. I've gotten into streaming games but can't seem to fit all of the applications/windows on one monitor screen. (needed to have a much cleaner less unprofessional stream)
I've looked up multiple videos, checked out forums, all of them are much too advanced in computers than I am..and I kinda considered myself more knowledgeable than others when it came to computers hah, but boy was I wrong.
What i'm wanting to do:
Have many applications open that don't overlap one another.
I thought that all I needed was a simple larger sized monitor screen/resolution, but I can't seem to find any help about that anywhere.
What I would like to know:
My current monitor: http://prntscr.com/7bn4ft (if posting links is against the rules I apologize ahead of time. )
1. What would I need in order to have a larger display of applications without having to shrink/re-size/minimize in order to fit everything together? Streaming the game that I stream (OldSchool Runescape) I run the client, Xsplit Streaming software, A few minimized windows that allow requested music, a small re-sized window green screen that (if not over laping with anything or minimized) will give the stream animations and such. I also run on Windows 7.
2. If a bigger monitor isn't the answer, I also have a laptop
Display: Mobile PC Display
Resolution: 1280 x 800
Landscape.
Also runs on windows 7.
32 bit operating system, 2.00GB ram, Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU
TZ7200 @ 2.00GHZ 2.00 GHz
Not sure if any of that helped, but i'm desperate.
Would these two be capable of running duel monitors together?
