Dual Monitor Issues, please help!

I recently started dual monitoring. I have two different monitors. One is using the hdmi port, and the other is using the dvi port. My video card is in the specs on my signature in case you need that to figure out what the issue is.

But anyway, when I start dual monitoring and I put netflix on one screen and play World of Tanks or any game on the other one, one of the screen will spaz out. It twitches a lot. Sometimes it's worse than other times, but it's very annoying.

According to my video card, I can use up to 3 monitors, so I can't imagine it's my video card. But one of you may know better than me.

Never had this issues when I had just one monitor hooked up either.

as far as i'm aware, you can only have one full screen video application open at one time, even if you have and can support multiple monitors. you can try running either application in windowed mode, see if that helps.

Yes, it seems when they are both in windowed mode, it is a lot better, but still twitchy. When they are both full screen, it is like permanent twitch..

Now why can you only run 1 full screen application? That seems a bit thieving if you have a really good video card...

I open the first screen in front of me i view all the time on the first screen. I open another program and get out of max mode. Drag that screen to the other then max. Every time if i close the second then reopen it will open on the second screen in max video mode.
