I've gota card with two outputs, a VGA and a DVI. Can I use dual monitors if I plug a second VGA monitor into the DVI plug using an adapter?
 
yep but make sure ur PSU Can take the Extra Power and make sure ur Gfx Card can take it

The drain on the PSU is somewhat negligible and by reading the very first post you'll note that the graphics card can handle it
