i have an ATI Radeon X1950 XTX
i just got a DVI - HDMI cable, and I'd like to use my HDTV as a second monitor. not extending my desktop, just cloning it.
how do i (or can i) make the resolution different for the TV?
my actual PC monitor is 4:3, and i keep it at 1280x1024 - and my HDTV is 16:9 - i'd like to make it a widescreen monitor.
is this possible? i've played around with catalyst, and i've managed to make the TV look right... but the monitor looked insane.
