Dual Screen Help

hello, as some may know i got a new setup. I got 2 tft's in dual screen. Wen im playing css or any other game is it possible to bind a key or download a program that will allow me to bring the cursor up over the game and move onto the other screen so i can go on the web etc. As atm i still have to minimize the game in order to access screen 2.

Any ideas?
 
have u tried not playing in full screen mode

EDIT*

try downloading Ultramon (google it). that program is good for managing dual screens and might have options like that
 
ive got ultramon but havent found anything that can do it. I mean when im playing css and can scrool lock + X to get my xfire chat up so thats kinda the same thing right?
