Dual Server Processor Question

I currently have a Dell Precision 470 computer with 1x 2.8GHz Xeon in it. it has room for x2 socket 604's.... i am looking at buying another Precision 470 off ebay, and just merging some parts here and there... Could i use a 3.2GHz xeon, and a 2.8GHz, if there both the same core??

clock speed could be an issue....although i'm not an expert in building dual processor servers...i'm just assuming on logic...2 diff speeds u know
