Cromewell Administrator Staff member Jun 30, 2006 #2 Boot into vista and run BCDEdit, I don't have Vista but it doesn't use boot.ini anymore so boot information will be in the BCD (Boot Configuration Data).

Cromewell Administrator Staff member Jul 1, 2006 #4 if you dual boot vista with XP or other versions of windows that use ntldr then boot.ini is still there.
