Dumb wireless question

We have a wireless connection and we've lost the password to our wi fi network, so other users can't use it, Is there a way to retrieve my Password on the computer, thanks this maybe a dumb question

Look in your routers documentation/owners manual on how to do a hard reset(where it erases all settings including password/key)

To me, it sounds as if your trying to get into someone else's wireless network. Tsk tsk.

If not.....

Usually there is a small reset button on the back of the router that you can hold down for about 5 or 10 seconds and it'll reset to factory defaults.

If you have access to the router usually you can see the key in the security settings(Well, at least thats how it is on my wrt54g).

If you can not log in to the router to change its wireless settings and or get the wireless access code then your best bet is to just reset the router to factory defaults and start all over again by pushing and holding down the reset butt ion for 30 sec on back of the router. Then log in with the default password and change the settings in the router and pick a new wireless access code that you can remember.
