It's a leginiment microsoft thing? It sends them info about your computer or something? This stuipid ass thing is KILLING my memmory...what should I do? I ended the processes..but what else?

I was just thinking about that. It is a program that send information to Microsoft about a problem with your computer. It takes up like 50% of my CPU power when it runs. I just end process and everything works fine.
 
You should definitely kill the process when you see it in Task Manager.
