Duo Core 64bit?

wondering if ALL duo cores are 64bit or some are, some arn't kinda thing. also i have a dell XPS m1710 with a T7400 (duo core at 2.16ghz) how do i find if it is 32 or 64 bit?

Edit:mine is a Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T7400 (2.16GHz, 4MB L2 Cache, 667 MHz FSB)
main reason for figureing this out is so i know what version of vista i should get.

and would everyone recomend that i go ahead and get the 64bit version?

Intel Core Duos are just 32 bit, Intel Core 2 Duos are 64bit.

The Pentium D's, Core 2 Duos, and X2's are 64-Bit. But the Core Duos are 32-Bit.
