I'm noticing in win11 that my files are duplicated. I have two of everything in the search, not on the hard drive.

So that Appdata directory is on your hdd, its just hidden.

But to be honest unless you have a malware infection, there shouldn't be duplicate files in the same directory which your image shows. Also, you shouldn't touch anything in the program data folder as that belongs to the program that uses those files, like idrive and Malwarebytes. The hidden directories are hidden for a reason so you shouldn't mess with those either. Now if you are getting duplicate files in your user folders where your documents/pictures/music and other personal documents are stored then I would worry.
Without looking deeper those files could be different versions of one another. If you do a Malwarebytes scan and its comes back clean then you are good to go.
