dvd burner playing games

Many games now seen are on dvds not cds. If the game requires a dvd type game disk in the drive that will work just like any other dvd rom or burner. Game cds witll run on dvd drives as well as cd rom and cd writer types while cd optical models offer faster read times due to the smaller density of cds over dvds to begin with.

What do you mean by video games? If you mean games that are designed for other platforms then no. And i you mean computer games, I don't see why a DVD burner wouldn't be able to use a game CD/DVD...

this is a rather dumb question, but i wonder if he could use his dvd burner to burn any games. maybe get a free copy of counter-strike. or course when i say he i mean me....

i mean computer games
i ask this because on the computer i have now i have a dvd-rom disk drive and A hp dvd writer/cd writer combo drive
so my computer has 2 and i was wandering which is what and whatever

A dvd-rom will read dvds but it won't rip or burn them, it probably will burn and rip cds, a the dvd writer will do everything for cds and dvds

Acer AL2216Wbd Black 22" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor with HDCP support - Retail

taht would be a great thing to buy did you buy it pc eye it is in your basket

Just making sure that's all.

No I've been running a Sony/Nec model dvd burner as well as a Sony cd writer maybe also made by Nec. Lite-On had been making them for Sony prior to that. As far as an lcd I caught a good sale on a Viewsonic 19" widescreen model seeing 5ms but seeing 3 usb ports, an IPod docking station, plus one thing I that caught attention was a taller base stand over most.
