DVD burner program that make nice DVD menus...

hi again!
I have been trying for a long time now to get a free DVD burn program that will make DVD menus easly. I have found a few that works properly. But I want a program that works in both WIndows XP and Windows Vista. (Becouse I got a comp with Windows XP but it can't burn DVD:RWs and my sister got a laptot with OS Windows Vista that can burn DVD:s so I need a program that works at both this OS). Please come with good sugestions! :o

hum it seems like myDVD is a tool for making the DVDs cover and not menu (A first page when you open a DVD in a player where you got all the different titles for each part of the movie, got a nice bakground you can choose yourself , can add soundtrac ect.ect.). Or is it I that haven't understand the program correctly?
