DVD/CDRW Samsung SD616 can't played DVD

My uncle got a new PC and I have put the Samsung DVD/CDRW SD616 from the old PC to it.
I tested it with WMP. and it can played CD or VCD nicely... But when I tried DVD. It can't play the DVD. I tried with InterVideo WinDVD 4, and it still can't play it..
I don't know what's wrong... anyone knows?
