Dvd - ntsc

I use nero burning rom 6 and i was wondering how would i burn a DVD - NTSC file to a dvd could some one please tell me how as i have converted a MPEG4 file to DVD - NTSC and wanted to playback the death of crazy frog on a dvd player in this format can any one help

what did you use to convert it, was there not an option of converting to PAL
EDIT: have you tried playing it ni a dvd player, as it should work, as long as the tv is fairly new 6-8 years old, and the dvd plays dvd-r
 
I used Advanced X video convertor, and yes there was an option to convert it to PAL should i convert it to PAL?

But then after i have converted it how do i then go on to burning it thanks
 
I have 3 files 2 are windows media file and one winamp file one says _output_vid another says _output_aud and the other one says _output

:S can u help

O it is only 60% converted will this change when its finished to the files you said?

Right all done only thing that has changed is the Winamp file which has now changed to a Real One Player file So now how do i put this on a dvd using nero?

I av just clicked on properties the output file is an (mpeg)movie file the output audio is a MPA Media and Vid is just a winamp file so on my desktop are all of these One winamp file one real one player file and one windows media player file
