Hello Guys, need you help to solve this.
My computer (windown XP, ATI radeon HD card ) used to connect to AVR via TOSLINK for audio only (old AVR w/o HDMI ), video to HDMI switch box to LCD TV. Had no problem with sound or video at all.
Recently I got a new AVR with HDMI so I reconnected computer to AVR then to TV all via HDMI for audio and video.
I disable on board audio and enable HDMI audio, everything goes well, sound good from computer unless I play computer dvd driver picture with no sound.
DVD player is LG GH22LS30. I already reconfig dvd player but still no sound.

Sorry for the confusion, hope you guy can help me.
Thanks

Hi, i am sorry but get confused at this line "sound good from computer unless I play computer dvd driver picture with no sound. "
so just recap, you go with HDMI to AVR from PC, then from AVR with HDMI to TV, and where do you expect the sound to come out?? TV or Monitors (speakers),
Obvious questions, have you configured AVR correctly, does the connection support digital signals, like DD or others, maybe your setting on AVR are not set to auto, and set to say another signal? sorry cannot help more.
whats the AVR?

Sorry, let me recap this.
All my components: computer, Bluray, xbox connect to Av receiver (denon) via HDMI. From receiver audio to speakers, video to TV.
All components are working correctly except for computer. I can play anythings from HD or web without problem (have both audio and video) only trouble I got when play dvd or cd from computer driver, no sound.
Well I just went back and reconfig computer to send audio by s/pdif to receiver instead of HDMI. I have no problem with this config.
Thanks anyway.
