I installed this software, but then when I went to use it it said the following-

"Could not load your drive information please run the drive selector application"


What does this mean?

It is a software to create a backup copy of your DVDs

Do I need to buy a DVD RW? I only have a CD RW and DVD ROM at the moment.
 
Did you try running the drive selector application? Sounds like it doesn't have a drive set to read from.
