DVI/S-Video/VGA Out

hello everyone :) i'm new to these forums, and am just learning about all the computer parts essential to run a sytem.

I was reading about video cards, and some come with features such as DVI Out, S-Video Out, and VGA Out. I'm not clear on what all these features do and am curious to find out so I understand what I'm reading about!

Any replies will be greatly appreciate! Thanks!
 
There's no need to bump after ~2 hours :)

DVI is Digital Video Out - usually used for connecting LCD screens
S-Video Out - used to connect to TVs and such
VGA Out - 15pin standard monitor connection
 
theyre just outputs on a card. theyre not really features as such, since you cant find any new cards without them.
