DVICO Fusion HDTV DVB-T Plus

Just purchased my DVICO Fusion HDTV DVB-T Plus card.

It's just not happening for me :(

Basically I've installed it all, but when I go to do the auto-scan... it will complete it then freeze everytime. Sometimes it will reset my comp.

Does anyone have this exact card and if so, what drivers are you using?

Gigabyte K8NS Ultra-939 Motherboard

Also, I have found that my comp just resets itself even when I'm trying to play games... this never happened before with my old setup.

New setup included different motherboard, 2gb ram, more power (430W) and the HDTV card.
 
I think I've found the problem

Any kind of video or whatever... whether a movie or a game

The comp really struggles and resets...

Motherboard problem?
 
Ok, I just can't even play movies through windows media player or anywhere

When I play them through winamp I can only get sound... no visual

any ideas/help?
