DX11 cards, will have to upgrade mobo?

With the new direct x 11 cards coming out later this year, will they also be having a new pci express slot that we all need to upgrade too ?

this is my last question before buying a new pc, i am spending a little extra to get a good AM3 board, but i don't want to have to buy a new mobo again because the new cards wont work

I don't see why you would need to. The only problems I hear are with PCI express 1.0. As long as the board's 1.1 or newer, you should be fine for most any new card. And seeing as it's an AM3 board, it should be PCI Express 2.0...
