Dynamic DNS

I am hosting my own website using Microsoft's 'Internet Information Server' that comes with 'Windows XP Pro'. The problem is simple: I have a dynamic IP address therefore I can't point my Domain to the IP address as it changes every time I connect.

I am aware of the services offered by some websites offering solutions to this Dynamic DNS issue

How do I set this thing up?

Dont bring up the fact im a cheapskate in your answer please.

You could register a domain name at http://www.no-ip.com/ for free. It will work even if you have a dynamic IP.

not sure if this can help you, but i use for a few years Dynu Basic.
http://www.dynu.com/basic.asp

it is free and updates every x minutes my ip adress.
But you have to use a domain name in the form of http://yourname.dynu.com
