Dynamic Overclocking

I have this with my Dual Core Center I got on my mobo. It says that when it needs to, it will automatically OC itself to run things smoother. If I want faster performance, should I still manually OC it in BIOS?

Dynamic overclocking is probably mostly so the processor won't get so hot constantly running at the same speed. It's really up to you. Maybe you could try a manual OC and see how things work. If your temps are fine and it's stable, you might as well just leave it.
