e mail contacts list

I have XP with outlook express on one hard drive and Windows 7 with ''live' e-mail program on another.
They are both dual booted on the same motherboard.
I would like to install outlet express's contact list on the Windows 7 'live' e-mail program but can't see how to do it
It will not accept copy/paste so I have copyed the list to a floppy but can't see how to install it on 'LIVE' contacts on 7.
Any comments appreciated.
 
goto your contact list. You can save a text then import. there is other extentions you can use also. its there.
 
I did try to use import/export but without success. There did not seem to be a way Live mail contacts would accept it.
