I have outlook exspress and need help with exxporting address book.

If I open outlook express and go to file Import Export and go to export a window open that tells me I can export to TEXT file or some other program.

But if I open outlook express and go to Tools and adress book and then Export I get export to WAB

What is the diferance between if I export to .txt or .WAB
 
It all depends on what the new program you will be using supports. If it supports importing wab then use wab, if it supports importing txt then use txt.

Well what I ment is

If I go to Tools Adress Book I can export as WAB

But if I go to File Export I can export as TEXT

They are in to diferant places so they must be exporting diferant things??
 
If you go into the address book and then export and click on other, you will see the same menu if you click on export from the outlook express file menu. There are just different ways to export it. Like i said before, it just depends on how the new program will import it.
