I am having a problem with my Mum's computer, it is able to receive e-mails and connect to the internet fine it is just when she tries to send e-mails with attachments I am going to set up the internet connection again but I don't know whether that will make a difference - probably not!
If anyone knows of any information helping with this problem then I will be greatly appreciative.

Thanks...

P.S Sorry if this is not the appropriate section of the Forum.

dude i don't get the whole point.so she receives mails and browses the net fine.
then you say you're gonna setup internet connection ?..confused ?!

Sorry could have written that better was in a rush earlier...
Everytime she tries to send a message with an attachment it seems as I receive all her other e-mails fine it doesn't arrive.
She can surf web, and has no problems receiving mail but the problem with sending e-mails with attachments persists, it comes up as sent succesfully but never arrives to the recipient.
Any ideas? I am going to set up her internet and e-mail connection again see if that makes a difference although I am not sure that would be the problem!

Thanks.

Email provider would help, and also, what kind of internet connection do you have? Dial-up? DSL? Cable?

Because I live in New Zealand you may not know which company I am talking about but she is with Paradise.net.nz the attachments are only about at the most 100kb and she is using dial up... some attachments get through but for the most part it just says it has gone and then never arrives at the recipient. It's like the normal mail service! :)
