well its safe from. 0.8-1.5 and its clocked at 2.0ghz stock and ambient temp in my room is like 30-40c

You might be able to get their with your stock fan but you need to keep your eye on the temps and make sure the voltages don't go over the cpu is rated at. If your going to overclock I would get a aftermarket cpu fan and put that on there with some thermal paste.
 
Allow me to revise my statement:

It depends how much you increase your voltage in order to achieve those clock speeds. At 1.5V, no, you couldn't have stable temperatures with the stock cooler. However, it's not uncommon for those chips to overclock into the range you're talking about without any voltage increase at all, in which case your stock cooler would do fine.

By the way, are you aware that 40C is 104F? I doubt that's your room temperature.
