Speed step is enabled go into your bios and there should be settings to turn it off and your clock speed will go back up.

X( doh I im the process of reinstalling already... ah well... could you give me a step my step? Abit IP-95 motherboard...

Anyone? There seems to be no tab to change the multipliers... >=( I want 1800Mhz.. how?

I have a gigabyte motherboard so I dont know how abit is set up but on mine there is motherboard tweaking tab and its in there just look in all the tabs and you should see soemthing that says multiplier and then up that so it is at 1800 MHz.

nope no tab. I can increase the speeed (change the clock from 200 to 210), the speed would increase around 90MHz (says BIOS), on desktop it would just add 90MHz to the 1199Mhz... I'm just gonna give that desktop to my mom to do her patent work. Shes stuck with an DDR266 256MB Celeron 2.4 anyways, she'll love this
