Which AMD CPU is equivalent or better than an intel e6300?

i would think the 2.4 athlons and above would be better then the e6300 but the e300 can overclock pretty far unlike the athlons

the e6300 is better, but at that price you can get a much better proc from intel, as the e6300's are overpriced...
