e6600 temps and you

just recieved my new e6600, very fast indeed, but obv i am going to overclock, i have overcloked it at the mo to 2.77ghz idle is about 38-40c and under load around 55-58c, is this ok or should i underclock or do i have more room to go you think, also people with same CPU wat is your setup and temps etc?

those are good temps. You can try and get to 3.0Ghz.

I would not go over 60C under load. If you do, I'd downclock a bit. I also suggest an aftermarket cooler (Arctic Freezer 7, ect) and a good thermal paste (Arctic Silver 5, MX-2, ect)

my cpu is usually rougly around 96F-101F depending on what im doing at that period in time.
