does any one no info on the e6650

i tried googling the prices and when they should be coming out i only know the fsb is faster. if any one know the prices or when there coming out that will be very helpful. thankyou
 
When is the quad core over 3ghz coming, and not just two dual cores slapped together, a true quad! :P

the end of the decade might be like the end of the 90's, a big push on hardware but it'll take another 4-6 years for software to catch up and be able to utilize the capabilities. Personally, after the last big hardware company slump I thought they realized their mistake in not allowing the software to catch up, but I guess I could be wrong.

There's not much out there now taking advantage of quad core technology, what makes them think that 10 or 100 core technology will be utilized in everyday use?
 
I believe the E6650 is basically the same thing as the E6600, but has an FSB of 1333Mhz (not 100% sure though).
 
Don't think it'll be worth waiting for. I'm still going to buy my 6600 in may and my next upgrade after will be a quad a year or two later.
