Easy Question

Ok my HD on my Vaio is toast. I'm gonna get a new one in the next few days. My big issue is an OS. The vaio was orig. running Win Me, but I upgraded to XP and all's I have is a Windows XP 'upgrade' disk and my ME Restore disks! What do I do about this??? Can I load ME on the hd like I was restoring it then upgrade or...no?
 
i would have to agree with Emperor_nero... it should be possible... why don't you just try it? it can't hurt anything...
