im not sure what the v47 is, but it looks like a good deal. A refurbished 9800XT costs $190 on newegg.

The guy says it also costs a slight more... So it should be better than a 9800XT.

What's rubbish about it? What games are you trying to play? What's the rest of your hardware?

supposed to run at 400 mhz core speed and 380 mhz memory........

im running at 323 core and 230 memory!!!!!!!!!!

wow lol.
230mhz = ddr460 effectively advertised at 460mhz.
i duno though i used to have a 9800pro and it had higher clocks than that... it was 380core and 670mem default (335mhz = ddr670)

I *think* the v47 is to do with the bios of it, but im not 100% sure

Correct me if im wrong, shouldnt you have checked this before building? Also, IIRC, the v47 is from AGTek?

your perfectly right, I should have checked before buying, but the specs said 400 mhz core and 380 memory.... So I thought it was good.....
